The Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium is the home ground of Nigeria Premier Football League side, Rangers International of Enugu.
Ijele FC are making their maiden appearance in the NNL.
The newcomers are in Group B of the Southern Conference.
Ijele FC will battle with Inter Lagos in their opening fixture of the new season.
The new NNL season will commence on Saturday November 30.
